The platform’s interface was designed by the winning team attending the "Hack Corruption. Law to the People." LEGATHON organized by UNDP Moldova in partnership with NAC. The participants were guided by anti-corruption experts and IT specialists (business analyst and designers) from Indrivo.
To answer all of the technical challenges, Indrivo planned, executed and tested each step from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance, meticulously. Drupal 8 was chosen for its flexibility and customizable features, being the most secure Open Source CMS in the market, stable and scalable enough for this platform to be launched. Step one of development was focused on creating all the custom API integrations with Legis.md (state register of legal acts, regulations and laws). All API integrations were coded to reduce latency and improve functionality.
Our team worked hard to develop two interfaces for this platform, an intuitive user interface (for unregistered users) which enables users to complete the task for which they came to the website and a well-designed, easy-to-maintain interface for administrative activities for NAC experts.
The project was managed using agile methodologies, we created prototypes and continuously released modules with essential functionalities. Indrivo provides ongoing maintenance, ensuring that the code of the platform is always kept up to date.
