Client
National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) – Republic of Moldova

Q2 – Q4, 2018
Background
In Moldova, healthcare institutions receive funding from multiple sources including the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund (FAOM), as well as state and local budgets. Monitoring how these funds are used and ensuring compliance with financial and performance indicators requires an efficient digital solution. Manual or spreadsheet-based reporting was inefficient, prone to errors, and lacked real-time oversight.
